I feared that my well had run dry. I looked up well pump service in my area. Armstrong had top reviews and was listed as being open 24 hours. I called and spoke to a gentleman. He gently suggested several troubleshooting steps and waited for the results. He suggested that I shut off my sprinkler water, which I did, and the system normalized. He spent 6 minutes on the phone with me and fixed my problem, or at least showed me where the problem was. I offered to pay him, but he wouldn’t hear of it. This description speaks for itself. Top marks for Armstrong!
They did our inspection for us on our well when we bought our house. They spent a lot of time going through everything and making sure that we understood the system, so when the water stopped working at our house, we knew who to call! I called the business line at 7:40 am and Robert picked up. He told me he’d have someone to the house in an hour, and it was less! They figured out the problem and fixed it immediately. Cannot recommend them enough for customer service, knowledge and timeliness!
